To Navigate Through COVID-19
2nd June 2020
Responding to the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and COVID-19, we are determined to do everything we can for the guests to spend a quality holiday with peace of mind.
We have added the following 4 steps to the preparation before check-in.
(1) Thorough ventilation.
(2) We will use sodium hypochlorite solution to clean surfaces such as tables, floors, kitchen worktops. We will particularly pay attention to spots that are frequently touched, which include light switches, door handles, TV remotes etc..
(3) We will wash bed linens and towels at a higher temperature and dry them under the sunlight to utilize virus inactivating effect of UV rays, then store them for at least 3 days (72 hours).
(4) We will provide a hand sanitising spray (70% alcohool solution).
Although France was badly affected by COVID-19, so far it seems South of France has averted the worst. Obviously we must continue our utmost effort to protect ourselves from the virus, but the atmosphere in towns and beaches are already regaining the feeling of the world-class holiday destination.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us for updates on restrictions and guidelines in the local area. As of the beginning of June, many tourist destinations such as museums and parks are already starting to open and others are planning to open later this month.
